Macro and micro nutrients
As we all might know nutrients are things our body needs our nutrients can be divided into 2 categories macro and micro nutrients macro are nutrients that are we need in large amounts such as carbohydrates protein and fat micro nutrients are nutrients that we need in smaller amounts such as vitamins and minerals.
Our macro nutrients are broken down in the stomach then in the small intestines and our micro nutrients are broken down in in the stomach and carried to the cells that needs it. Macro and micro are very important to our health and too much macro or too little micronutrients can be harmful to our health.
